Traveling across Flores, Komodo, and Sumba offers extraordinary experiences–but also requires flexibility, understanding, and a spirit of adventure.

By booking with NW Floresia Travel, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and transparent journey.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The person making the booking is responsible for all travelers in the group.

2. Booking Process

  • Choose your tour or request a custom itinerary
  • Confirm travel details with our team
  • Provide traveler information
  • Pay deposit to secure booking.

3. Payment Policy

Deposit: 20% of total tour price

Final Payment: 14 days before departure. For last-minute bookings (within 14 days), full payment is required.

Payment Methods:

  • International bank transfer
  • Indonesian domestic transfer

Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Prices may change due to:

  • Government tax updates
  • Fuel price adjustments
  • National park fee changes.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

NW Floresia Travel does not charge cancellation fees for its own services.

However, third-party providers (hotels, boats, etc.) may apply their own policies.

Any applicable fees will be communicated clearly and passed on accordingly.

No refunds apply for unused services or voluntary early termination of a trip.

6. Responsibility & Liability

We act as an organizer connecting travelers with local service providers.

While we carefully select partners, we are not liable for:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural events
  • Delays beyond control
  • Third-party service issues.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Eastern Indonesia is still developing in terms of tourism infrastructure.
