Booking & Payment

• A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm booking.
• Full payment must be completed before departure.
• Prices may change due to operational or external factors.
• Final prices are based on agreed travel plans.

Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer.
• PayPal / International Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation 14 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: no refund.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages.
We strongly recommend guests arrange their own travel insurance.
We can assist with insurance upon request (additional cost applies).

Force Majeure

NW Floresia Travel is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, political situations, or other force majeure events.
